Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Care Copenhagen, we place great importance on our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. Therefore, we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return products covered by the guarantee if they do not meet your expectations.
100-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee, the product must be returned clean, properly packaged, and without signs of wear or use.
Please read the return requirements below carefully before sending your product back to us.
How does the return process work?

Contact us:
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within the applicable return period.
Our team will send you a return label and instructions on how to complete your return.
A return shipping fee of 55 DKK will be deducted from the amount refunded for your order.

Clean the product before returning it:
Before packing your return shipment, the product and all included parts must be thoroughly cleaned.
Make sure that:

Remove all hair from the product, accessories, brush heads, filters, and other included parts.

Remove visible product residue, dust, dirt, or other debris.

Thoroughly wipe down surfaces and used accessories. For example, a suitable alcohol-based wipe may be used where appropriate for the product.

Allow all cleaned parts to dry completely before packing them.

Once the parts have been cleaned, please send clear close-up photos of the products so they can be inspected by our team.
The product must be returned clean and hygienic.

Keep and use the original packaging:
Please keep all original packaging until you are sure that you wish to keep the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all original packaging must be included.
The packaging must be returned in substantially the same condition as when it was received. Normal minor wear or damage resulting from transport will not automatically affect your refund.
Please pack the product and its original packaging securely inside suitable protective shipping packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Track your return shipment
Be sure to save the tracking information for your return shipment and track it until it has been delivered.
Care Copenhagen cannot guarantee that a return package will reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly recommend that you follow the tracking information for your return shipment and retain your proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.

Warehouse inspection
When your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, the product and packaging will be inspected, and the condition of the returned item will be recorded.

Refund
Once the return package has been received and inspected, we will determine the applicable refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the return conditions stated above.
If the returned product does not meet the requirements stated above, the refund will be limited to 50% of the original purchase amount.
The applicable return shipping fee of 55 DKK will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
Which products are covered?
Our 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies to selected Care Copenhagen products, but not products in our HairCare range.
This satisfaction guarantee is an additional, voluntary benefit offered by Care Copenhagen and does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.
