RIGHT OF CANCELATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive the goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can exercise your right of cancellation here.

You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Should you regret your purchase, where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.
