RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here.

You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

If you withdraw from your purchase and a free gift is included with the order, the entire order must be returned.
