RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
SALE ITEMS
Products purchased during sale periods, campaigns, or with special discounts cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

If your order included a free gift, the full order (including the gift) must be returned to receive a complete refund.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are in the same condition as when received.
If the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to test it, we may deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the reduced value.
WARRANTY
All products come with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
