Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 100 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund by writing to us at support@carecph.com We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has major signs of wear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.
