REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We greatly value our customers and want you to have a positive experience with us. That is why we stand behind our products and offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on selected products.

Should you, contrary to our expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 100 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 100 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange under our 100-day satisfaction guarantee.

You can initiate your return by contacting our customer service at kundeservice@carecopenhagen.dk. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return. Our team needs a copy of the order confirmation to process the return.

A return shipping fee of 55 DKK will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be clean, properly packaged, and returned without signs of wear or use.

Before returning the product, please make sure to:

• Remove all hair from the product, accessories, brush heads, filters, and other included parts.

• Remove visible product residue, dust, dirt, or other debris.

• Thoroughly wipe down used surfaces and accessories. A suitable alcohol-based wet wipe may be used where appropriate for the product.

• Allow all cleaned parts to dry completely before packing them.

• Return the product in its original packaging, including all original packaging materials.

The original packaging must be returned in substantially the same condition as when it was received. Minor ordinary wear or damage caused by transportation will not automatically affect your refund.

Please securely pack the product and original packaging inside suitable protective shipping packaging to prevent damage during transit.

All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

If the product shows signs of wear or use, including hair, product residue, dirt, stains, or other visible signs of use, you will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of the original purchase amount.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

Once your return shipment has been received and inspected, we will determine the applicable refund.

If the returned product meets the conditions above, we will refund the full eligible purchase amount, less the return shipping fee of 55 DKK.

If the product is returned with signs of wear or use as described above, the refund will be limited to 50% of the original purchase amount. The applicable return shipping fee will also be deducted.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

To return your product, please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service.

You are responsible for tracking your return package and retaining your proof of shipment until the return and refund have been completed.

Care Copenhagen cannot guarantee that a return package will reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly recommend that you carefully follow the tracking information until the package has been delivered.

If the tracking shows delays, delivery problems, or other issues with the return shipment, please contact the relevant carrier and our customer service as soon as possible.
