Delivery and Shipping

  • You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 delivery days. If you order before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

    When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the system says the tracking number is not working - as it typically takes 24 hours for their system to pick up a new delivery. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us so we can contact GLS.

  • We primarily use GLS for our delivery, and we deliver free of charge throughout Denmark to your nearest parcel shop or for DKK 39 for home delivery.
